und besonders an Jack.

Schnelles und perfektes Timing.

wenn man ein Application(.exe) erstellt, kann man Textdateien mit einbinden.
Sind diese dann im Programm bearbeitbar / erweiterbar ?

Also kann man Daten hizufügen.
Dadurch würde die EXE ja größer.
oder muß der Endzustand der Datei vorhanden sein ?
Ich verstehe den Sinn oder den gebrauch micht.

Des fichiers texte liés à un EXE ne peuvent pas être modifiés. Le fichier EXE n'est pas dynamiquemeent modifiable. Ces fichiers servent à charger des données de configuration ou similaires.

In EXE files includes text files cannot be modified. The EXE file cannot be modified dynamically. Those files may be used to load configuration data or similar.
